Believe it or not Brussels Sprouts are one of my children’s favorite vegetables. These Brussels are grilled with a little seasoning and pop with flavor.

Ingredients-
1 pound Brussels sprouts stems removed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Optional: Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Heat a grill to medium.
- Cut the stem off Brussels sprouts and remove any loose leaves.
- Transfer Brussels sprouts to a medium bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Add olive oil, garlic, mustard, paprika, and salt and toss to coat.
- Grill the Brussels sprouts for 8-10 minutes turning at least once.
- Transfer grilled Brussels back to the bowl used for mixing and toss again to pick up any remaining oil or seasoning.
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
