Desserts

I live for desserts! I love a sweet treat any time of the day. When possible I try to find ways to reduce fat, lower sugars, swap ingredients, or add protein to desserts. Some desserts can be “healthified” and others simply cannot without drastically changing the dessert. Most of my dessert recipes have at least a few small swaps to make them slightly less bad for you; however, all recipes are taste tested to ensure a scrumptious result. Please share any recipes you have for “healthy” or not so bad for you desserts.
