Peanut Butter Cream Pie
I love peanut butter and this pie is full of peanut butter flavor with a light and creamy texture.
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanut butter
1 5 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups of nonfat milk
1 cup cool whip
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups cool whip topping
Chocolate magic shell
Directions:
- Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together with a fork. Spread out the mixture in the base of the graham cracker crust.
- Whisk together the pudding, milk, and peanut butter. Once it reaches a custard like texture gently fold in the whip cream.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture in the pie.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of the pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pie to set.
- Drizzle magic shell over the pie before serving.
