Breakfast

I truly believe breakfast is important! I almost always have Shakeology as my “main breakfast”; however I love muffins and energy balls for quick pre or post workout snacks in the morning. Breakfast for dinner is common in our house and most weeks I make different types of pancakes, waffles, and omelets. Like most of my other recipes I try to sneak in fruit, vegetables, or protein to breakfast items to help them pack a nutritional punch. I love trying new recipes so please continue to send recipes you find or create my way.
