Soy Molasses Salmon
This salmon disappeared in the blink of an eye! The marinade left wonderful flavors and I may have to make it again just to have seconds. Luckily the marinade recipe made so much I have enough unused and leftover that I can make this again or use the marinade in another recipe.
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Ingredients:
2 pounds salmon
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
¼ cup molasses
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 glass baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray with olive oil spray.
- Whisk all ingredients to make the marinade in a medium bowl.
- Cover the salmon with the marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
- Add a little more marinade before cooking.
- Bake 40-45 minutes until salmon is light pink and flaky.
