Orange Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are mildly addicting! Once you eat one, you will want more and more.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 bag white chocolate chip cookies
zest of one orange
DIRECTIONS:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat butter and sugars in a stand mixer until soft and fluffy.
- Meanwhile soak cranberries in green or fruit flavored tea for a few minutes to moisten them.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the stand mixer.
- Whisk flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest. Add the flour mixture to the stand mixer one half cup at a time.
- Add the white chocolate chips and cranberries and mix until combined.
- Use a small cookie scooper to form balls. Place on a baking sheet at least 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake 9 minutes. Allow to set on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an air tight container.
