1 ½ cups almond flour
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup vanilla protein powder
4 oz unsalted butter at room temperature
4 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add butter, applesauce, and greek yogurt to a stand mixer. Mix on medium to combine.
Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix to combine.
Add the eggs and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl whisk together flours, protein powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients one cup at a time mixing on low until combined. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Add the oats one cup at a time and mix to combine.
Add the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Use a medium cookie scoop to form balls spaced approximately 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes until cookies are set.
Let cookies cool for a few minutes on the parchment paper before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients:
1 10 ounce bag Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
1 cup semi sweet morsels
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup chocolate protein powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter on medium speed for several minutes.
Combine flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the eggs one at a time to the stand mixer.
Add the vanilla extract to the mixer.
Gradually add the dry ingredients with the mixer one low adding 1/2 cup at a time.
Add the semi sweet chocolate morsels and Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips and mix on low until combined.
Use a medium cookie scooper to form large balls. Spread balls out 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake 8-9 minutes until cookies are just set.
Allow cookies to set on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Store in an air-tight container.
