Hot Coco Chip Cookies

These cookies are perfect on a cool day when sipping hot cocoa, coffee, or milk. These have a mixture of milk chocolate and marshmallows creme chips.
INGREDIENTS:
2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs at room temperature
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bags Hot Cocoa and Marshmallow Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 and line two baking sheets with Parchment paper.
- Beat butter and sugars in stand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix in until combined.
- Whisk dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to mixing on low. Scrape down edges of the bowl often.
- Add chips to mix.
- Use a medium scoop to form balls spread 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until cookies are just set.
- Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an air tight container.
- Enjoy with milk, hot cocoa, or coffee.
