Spicy Parmesean Shrimp Wraps

This is a quick and tasty dinner that you can prepare in just a few minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds large frozen shrimp thawed

2 tablespoons Cajun or blackening seasoning

2 tablespoons grated parmesean cheese

1/4 cup Shredded parmesean cheese

2 additional tablespoons of Cesear dressing

Cesear salad kit

Tortillas or wraps

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare cesear salad with lettuce, croutons, parmesean cheese, and dressing. (Note: I add a tablespoon of water to dressing packet to help it mix over entire salad.)
  2. Spray pan with olive oil spray. Turn up to medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Spray shrimp with olive oil spray.
  5. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over shrimp.
  6. Cook stirring often until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Drain excess liquid from pan.
  8. Sprinkle grated add shredded parmesean cheese over shrimp.
  9. Sprinkle cesear dressing over the shrimp.
  10. Lay tortillas flat and place a few spoonfuls of salad on each tortilla.
  11. Place shrimp over lettuce.
  12. Enjoy shrimp wraps with remaining cesear salad.
  13. Note: I served this with green bean fries.
