Spicy Parmesean Shrimp Wraps

This is a quick and tasty dinner that you can prepare in just a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds large frozen shrimp thawed
2 tablespoons Cajun or blackening seasoning
2 tablespoons grated parmesean cheese
1/4 cup Shredded parmesean cheese
2 additional tablespoons of Cesear dressing
Cesear salad kit
Tortillas or wraps
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare cesear salad with lettuce, croutons, parmesean cheese, and dressing. (Note: I add a tablespoon of water to dressing packet to help it mix over entire salad.)
- Spray pan with olive oil spray. Turn up to medium heat.
- Add shrimp.
- Spray shrimp with olive oil spray.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over shrimp.
- Cook stirring often until shrimp turn pink.
- Drain excess liquid from pan.
- Sprinkle grated add shredded parmesean cheese over shrimp.
- Sprinkle cesear dressing over the shrimp.
- Lay tortillas flat and place a few spoonfuls of salad on each tortilla.
- Place shrimp over lettuce.
- Enjoy shrimp wraps with remaining cesear salad.
- Note: I served this with green bean fries.
