Asparagus Chicken Bake with Bacon and Ranch
This is a simple and easy dinner that is bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
1 pound thin skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 pound asparagus chopped into thirds
6 strips bacon (I used precooked) cut into small pieces
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder
1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterrey jack, etc…)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a casserole pan with olive oil spray.
- Spread out the chicken breasts in the dish. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning powder.
- Spread out chopped asparagus and bacon over the chicken.
- Drizzle ranch over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
