Asparagus Chicken Bake with Bacon and Ranch

This is a simple and easy dinner that is bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:

1 pound thin skinless boneless chicken breasts

1/2 pound asparagus chopped into thirds

6 strips bacon (I used precooked) cut into small pieces

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder

1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterrey jack, etc…)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a casserole pan with olive oil spray.
  3. Spread out the chicken breasts in the dish. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning powder.
  4. Spread out chopped asparagus and bacon over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle ranch over the chicken.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Enjoy!
