Crustless Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
I’ll admit this dessert isn’t healthy, but it is delicious. I have made different versions of this before. I decided to try a crustless version to really bring out the chocolate chip cookie flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter softened
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet mini morsels
Magic Shell Chocolate Sauce to drizzle on top
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate with baking spray.
- Add butter to stand mixer. Beat on medium until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix on medium.
- Add flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder to a large bowl. Mix gently.
- Add flour mixture to stand mixer one cup at a time. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet morsels and mix.
- Transfer cookie mixture to pie plate and press down to firm.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool on wire rack.
- Shake magic shell chocolate sauce and drizzle over pie.
- My kids enjoy this warm from the oven (or microwaved to reheat) with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
