Ham Salad
Anytime I have leftover spiral ham I am always looking for tasty and innovative ways to use the leftovers. I love ham wraps, but I was looking for something different. When I saw this recipe I wasn’t sure about the combination of ingredients; however, I decided to try it anyway. Well let me tell you my entire family raved about how delicious this ham salad was.
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Ingredients-
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
1 teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked ham cut into cubes
1 hard boiled egg peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 tablespoon sweet relish
Serve on: wraps, biscuits, bread, buns, or over a salad
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix gently to combine.
- Serve on a wrap over spinach or on a fresh baked biscuit.
- Store any leftovers if there are any in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
