Peanut Butter Blondies (Light version)

This is a lightened up version of a blondie, that still tastes great.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup lite maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
1 tablespoon sugar in the raw
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 8×8 pan with baking spray.
- Mix peanut butter, yogurt, applesauce, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in mixer.
- Whisk flour, protein powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients
- Add chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Transfer dough to 8×8 pan.
- Sprinkle dough with sugar in the raw.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until dough is just set.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Store in an air tight container.
- Enjoy a lighter version of a peanut butter blondie without the guilt.
