Arby’s Beef and Cheddar crockpot sandwiches

When we get busy I am always looking for simple crockpot recipes. These sandwiches were easy to prep and tasted delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 pound beef chuck roast
12 oz bottle Arby’s sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Steak sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
8 oz Velveeta cheese block
buns
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray crockpot with olive oil spray.
- Add roast to crockpot.
- Sprinkle roast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce over roast.
- Pour Arby’s sauce over roast.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
- Shred beef roast.
- Cut Velveeta block into cubes and allow it to melt over roast for the last hour of cooking.
- Serve on buns or wraps.
- Enjoy!!
