Banana Banoffee Pudding Pie
Banana pie in the summer is always a delight! The dulce de leche added to this pie makes it truly unforgettable. This no bake pie is a breeze to make and is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Ingredients:
1 large graham cracker crust
4-5 bananas sliced
1 jar dulce de leche
1 banana pudding mix
3 cups skim milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Spread dulce de leche in the base of the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange banana slices to fill the pie pressing into the dulce de leche.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk. Once it begins to thicken pour over the bananas.
- Refrigerate to allow the pudding to set.
- Meanwhile whisk the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Spread the whipped cream over the banana pudding.
- Optional: Drizzle caramel syrup over the whipped cream.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
