Banana Banoffee Pudding Pie

Banana pie in the summer is always a delight! The dulce de leche added to this pie makes it truly unforgettable. This no bake pie is a breeze to make and is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Ingredients:

1 large graham cracker crust

4-5 bananas sliced

1 jar dulce de leche

1 banana pudding mix

3 cups skim milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Spread dulce de leche in the base of the graham cracker crust.
  2. Arrange banana slices to fill the pie pressing into the dulce de leche.
  3. Whisk pudding mix and milk. Once it begins to thicken pour over the bananas.
  4. Refrigerate to allow the pudding to set.
  5. Meanwhile whisk the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it reaches the desired consistency.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the banana pudding.
  7. Optional: Drizzle caramel syrup over the whipped cream.
  8. Store covered in the refrigerator.
  9. Enjoy!
