Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Fries
Pumpkin spice just calls my name in the fall. These sweet potato wedges are simple to make and taste amazing.
Ingredients:
1-2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Place sweet potato wedges in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Shake to coat all potatoes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice over potatoes. Shake to mix.
- Air fry at 370 for 15-20 minutes shaking basket a few times.
