Buffalo Chicken Wraps/Sandwiches

My kids and I love buffalo everything. These sandwiches are simple to prep in advance and freeze or throw in the crockpot before you leave for work in the morning.
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Wildtree Blazin’ Buffalo Blend or (buffalo spice blend of your choice)
½ tablespoon Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix (or other Ranch Dressing mix)
Buns, wraps, etc..
Sliced cheese of your choice
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Spinach, lettuce, tomato, to top
Directions:
- Thaw freezer bag 24 hours prior using from frozen.
- Spray a slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Cook on low 4-5 hours.
- Shred chicken.
- Add chicken to a bun or wrap.
- Top with cheese, spinach, tomato, dressing, etc…
