When I plan a meal I usually include a side with vegetables, potatoes, or even a salad. These sides and salads are great to accompany a meal or even eat as a meal. I eat a salad for lunch almost every day. Salads can get boring so I am always looking for ways to mix things up to keep eating interesting.
