Chocolate Fudge

I have always LOVED fudge! Whenever we went on vacation I would always find a candy shop and bring home some freshly made fudge. I had no idea it was so easy to make at home. I’m sure I will be experimenting with different flavors in months to come.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate (I used half chunks and mini chips because that was what I had)
Directions:
- Add the condensed milk and chocolate chips to a small saucepan. Heat over low heat stirring frequently.
- Spray an 8×8 or slightly smaller glass pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- Once the majority of the chips have melted transfer to the 8×8 pan. I left some chunks to give the fudge texture.
- Cool in the refrigerator. Then enjoy!
