Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower
Turmeric is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. It also adds flavor to dishes.
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower in big chunks
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a glass baking pan or line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
- Mix olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the cauliflower.
- Enjoy!
