Cinnamon Bun Energy Balls
Cinnamon buns in an energy ball! These pack a punch with a strong flavor and are loaded with protein to keep you going on a busy day.
Ingredients-
½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup banana chips
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup reduced fat or natural peanut butter
1/3 cup pure or light maple syrup
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients in a food processor.
- Add peanut butter and maple syrup. Pulse to mix.
- Use an ice cream scoop or cookie scooper to form balls.
- Add more maple syrup if mixture is too dry.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
