Cheesy Ranch Pork Chops
These pork chops can be prepped in an instant and are a family hit. I made mashed cauliflower for me and mashed potatoes for my family. The cheesy sauce is an incredible gravy.
Ingredients–
6-9 boneless pork chops
1 can condensed chicken soup reduced fat
1 can cheddar soup
1 packet ranch seasoning
Directions:
- Spray a crock pot liner with nonstick spray.
- Place pork chops in a layer on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour soups over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle seasoning over the soup mixture.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Mashed potatoes or cauliflower taste amazing with the extra “gravy”.
“Mashed Cauliflower”
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
- Spread cauliflower in an even layer and sprinkle with salt. Fold foil over the cauliflower.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Uncover cauliflower and roast for 15 more minutes.
- Transfer cauliflower to a food processor.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning over the cauliflower and pulse to mix.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt to make creamy if desired.
