Chili Garlic Potato Wedges
Potato wedges with different seasonings are a side dish my family enjoys at least once a week. These air fried potato wedges are seasoned with chili powder and fresh garlic.
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
½ tablespoon chili powder
Directions:
- Cut potatoes into wedges. Transfer potatoes to a medium bowl. Cover potatoes with cold water. Drain and rinse again.
- Dry potatoes with a paper towel.
- Add potatoes to the bowl again and drizzle with olive oil. Toss the potatoes to coat with oil.
- Sprinkle chili powder and minced garlic over the potatoes. Shake to distribute seasoning.
- Air fry at 370 degrees for 15 minutes tossing potatoes at least once.
- Enjoy!
