Chili Garlic Fries
I am always making potato wedges and fries using different combinations of ingredients. These are simple to prepare and add a little spice to any meal.
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes cut into wedges
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1-2 garlic cloves
Directions:
- Slice the potatoes and emerge in a bowl of cold water. Drain and fill again with cold water.
- Transfer the potatoes to a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl mix the olive oil, chili powder, and garlic.
- Drizzle the mixture over the potatoes. Shake the potatoes to coat all potatoes.
- Air Fry at 390 for 20 minutes shaking halfway through.
- Bake at 450 on a lined baking sheet for 30 minutes tossing the potatoes halfway through baking.
- Season with salt and pepper.
