Buffalo Burgers

Buffalo anything always sounds good to me.  These are a healthy flavor filled burger that will have you asking for more. I prep these in advance and freeze the patties.  Then I simply thaw and grill whenever I get a craving for some buffalo goodness.

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken

½ cup diced carrots

½ cup diced onion

½ cup Panko bread crumbs

½ cup Wildtree Wing Sauce (or other brand of wing sauce)

2 teaspoons Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub (or other brand steak rub)

Toppings: blue cheese, Ranch dressing, Wing sauce, tomatoes,….

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  2. Divide mixture into four sections.
  3. Form into patties.  (I have a cookie cutter type mold I use to make hamburger patties)
  4. Grill and enjoy or freeze to eat later.
  5. These taste great over Buffalo coleslaw with sweet potato fries.
