Parmesan Pork Chops
These pork chops are crispy, delicious, and easy to make. I served this with zoodles and marinara sauce or parmesan angel hair pasta. I air fried my pork chops, but you could bake them too.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons egg whites
1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
½ cup freshly shredded/grated parmesan
Directions:
- Dip pork chops in egg whites.
- Roll pork chops in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture to coat all sides.
- Air fry at 370 for 5 minutes per side.
- Enjoy!
