Honey BBQ Salmon
If you love barbecue sauce you will love this sweet and tangy salmon. The honey helps keep it moist and the BBQ sauce adds wonderful flavor.
Ingredients:
2 pound salmon filet
1-2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons your favorite BBQ sauce (We love Sweet Baby Ray)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a glass 9×13 baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray with olive oil spray.
- Drizzle honey over salmon and gently spread using a pastry brush.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce and spread to cover top and sides of salmon.
- Bake 35-40 minutes. (Adjust baking depending on the size of your salmon filet).
