Halloween Fruit Salad

This spooky and bloody fruit salad equals as a dessert it is so delicious. 

Recipe adapted from Food Network

Ingredients:

1 20 ounce can lychees drained; liquid reserved

2 pints blueberries

1 pint black berries

1 pint raspberries

2 tablespoons lime juice

¼ cup seedless raspberry jam

Directions:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of lychee juice, lime juice, and raspberry jam to a small bowl.  Whisk to mix.
  2. Add lychees, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to a medium bowl and mix gently.
  3. Pour raspberry mixture over fruit. 
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and up to 2 hours to allow the lychees to soak up some of the “red” juice.
  5. Enjoy!
