Crunchy Chocolate Toffee Cookies
Crunchy toffee mixed with chocolate make for a yummy bite sure to brighten up your day.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
¼ cup Hershey’s cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons light brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
8 ounces Heath Bits O Brickle Toffee Bits
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter, eggs, and sugars in a stand mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract. Mix to combine. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Fold in flour mixture in thirds. Beat on low to mix in.
- Add bag of toffee chips. Beat on low to distribute.
- Use a small cookie scooper to form balls. Space balls a few inches apart.
- Bake 11-14 minutes.
- Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
