Triple Citrus Glazed Salmon

Triple Citrus Glazed Salmon

I think this may be my favorite salmon recipe! OMG the glaze is so delicious. This salmon was better than any salmon I have ever made at home or had at a restaurant.

Ingredients:

Triple Citrus Glaze-

¾ cup orange juice

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup fresh lime juice

1 garlic clove minced

2 tablespoons orange marmalade

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon butter

Salmon-

2-pound salmon filet

1-2 tablespoons olive oil (I used a blood orange olive oil)

Directions:

 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a 9×13 baking dish with aluminum foil.
 2. Place salmon skin side down on the aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
 3. Bake for 40 minutes while you prepare the glaze.
 4. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring often. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to stir until the glaze is thick and syrupy.
 5. Spread a layer of glaze on the salmon and bake for 5 more minutes.
 6. Drizzle extra glaze over the salmon and enjoy!
 7. Note: I paired this with a nectarine coleslaw for a light and delicious dinner.
