Peanut Banana Energy Balls
Banana and peanut butter are a known combination. These energy balls combine two popular flavors with the addition of oats, protein powder, almonds, and dates to ensure a well balanced and nutritious bite on the go.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
1 ripe banana
8 pitted dates soaked in hot coffee and drained
1/3 cup banana chips
1 cup almonds
2 tablespoons nut butter
1 scoop peanut butter powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse to combine.
- Use a cookie scooper to form balls.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
