Chili Lime Roasted Radishes
I recently discovered that I really like radishes, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it.
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Ingredients;
1 pound radishes halved
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chili lime seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro diced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Add radishes, olive oil, seasoning, and salt to a medium bowl. Toss to coat radishes.
- Spread radishes out in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Top with fresh cilantro.
